Twelve modules covering site acquisition, financing, regulatory licensing, staffing, intake, daily operations, billing, marketing, and exit. Each module includes video lessons, PDF playbooks, templates, and progress tracking across three care tracks: Assisted Living, Veteran Homes, and Disability Homes.

Most operators finish the core curriculum in 4 to 6 weeks at a comfortable pace. You can move faster or slower - progress is tracked per lesson and saved to your dashboard.

Yes. Completing a track issues a shareable certificate from your dashboard.

A multi-day, in-person operator intensive replacing the previous Level 03 Mentorship. It's designed for operators who already have (or are within 60 days of opening) their first home and want hands-on guidance to scale.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe with PCI-compliant encryption. We never see or store your card details.

If the Curriculum isn't the right fit, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Mentorship refunds are reviewed case by case in the first 14 days.
